A 2017 vintage-based blend, featuring toasty yellow apple, juicy pear and lemon tart on the nose, hinting at the full 60 months of ageing on lees. The acidity zing is impactful on the attack, but soon melts into a creamy palate of wheat crackers, sweet-spiced citrus and star fruits. The finish is mineral with a salty tang. Complex, poised and expressive.
