An unusual Tokaji sparkling with Hárslevelu (88%), rather than Furmint taking the lead. The wine was created by Loire-born Stéphanie Berecz in 2013 'as a result of a hailstorm' that hit the Furmint vineyards. Aromas of roasted salted almonds, a lemon twist and white fruits, along with hints of toasty smoke. Green citrus zest and quince on the palate, in addition to a pinch of ground hazelnut, finishing with a lipsmacking freshness.
